The problem

Professionals and sports centres need to manage appointments flexibly, avoid overlaps and offer customers a frictionless booking, ideally with a single tool.

The solution

One codebase for two experiences. The admin uses a dashboard with calendar, slot blocking and statistics; the end user uses the mobile app to book in real time and check their history. Data lives in Firestore and is shared in real time between the two views; each role's permissions are enforced by the database security rules, not only by the interface.

What it will do

• Business dashboard: weekly calendar, slot blocking, cancellations and statistics
• Customer app: real-time booking and appointment history
• Customer and business roles, with permissions enforced by Firestore security rules
• Real-time data: a booking made by the customer shows up immediately in the business calendar
• No double bookings

What it shows

I can build responsive applications that adapt to desktop and mobile, with real-time booking flows, server-side roles and permissions, and a single codebase to maintain.
